Dr. Denise Nippert

Dr. Denise Nippert, a board certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist, joined Jordan River Women’s Health in 2010.

Dr. Nippert has researched chronic pelvic pain syndrome, pelvic organ prolapse, and therapy resistant vulvovaginitis. She has been published in the peer-review journals of Molecular Medicine and Biotechniques and has presented at the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Dr. Nippert completed a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Utah’s Health Science Center. Previously, she earned her Doctorate of Medicine from Texas A&M’s College of Medicine in College Station, TX. She graduated Cum Laude, earning the James A. Knight Award for Excellence in Humanities in Medicine as well as the John L. Montgomery Award for the Study of History of Medicine. During this time, she participated in a humanitarian mission to Nigeria where the medical team provided life-saving surgeries. She earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, TX and graduated Cum Laude.

Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Nippert is also a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is licensed to practice medicine in Utah and Washington. Her practice interests include medical and surgical management of pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, dysfunctional uterine bleeding, as well as, general obstetrics and gynecology.
